Great Plains Conservation, the commercial arm to Great Plains Foundation and which operates safari camps in Botswana and Kenya, strives to secure African landscapes of a scale large enough to also protect its resident and seasonal wildlife populations. Great Plains Foundation, are on a continuous mission to convert hunting or agricultural land to wildlife rich areas supported by photographic tourism.
The overarching theory is that without large protected landscapes where migration routes are maintained, then wildlife will not stand a chance of survival.
Great Plains Foundation is the project side to Great Plains Conservation, with running projects and initiatives which benefit the land, its people and importantly its wildlife.
